Why per studio?
Planning works when everyone is in it: producers, leads and crew. Charging per seat makes you choose who gets to see the plan, so every plan includes unlimited users.
What happens after the beta?
Whatdo launches commercially in late 2026. Studios in the beta get founding pricing at launch.
Where is my data?
Hosted in France. Each studio has its own database, and every connection is encrypted with TLS.
Do my artists see rates?
No. Crew see their own schedule and can subscribe to it in their calendar. Rates, costs and margins are never sent to them: the server enforces it, not just the screen.
Do I have to drop Kitsu or ftrack?
No. Your tracker keeps tracking shots and deliverables. Whatdo plans people and money above it. Connections to Kitsu, ftrack and Autodesk Flow are coming.
